Boring Technologies is a one-engineer practice run by Tudor Constantin. EU-based, English-fluent, focused on production systems and AEO.
Who
Tudor Constantin has been writing software for over twenty years — across telecoms, payments, B2B SaaS, and tooling. The current focus is the intersection of full-stack engineering and Answer Engine Optimization: building systems that work for both human users and the LLM-powered agents that increasingly mediate them. The legal and AI Act angles of AEO work happen in collaboration with Cristina Constantin, a Romanian lawyer running the living-lab brand.
Principles
Production-first: instrumentation, observability, and runbooks are part of the deliverable, not someone else's problem after launch. Boring on purpose: no framework-of-the-month, no buzzword bingo, no churn. Receipts before promises: every AEO claim we sell is something we already do for our own brands first.
Current focus
May 2026 onward: AEO services for European legal practices, boutique B2B SaaS, and engineering-heavy companies that want both custom development and AEO done as a single coherent thing rather than two vendors arguing in your inbox.
